JJ Watt has been spending a lot of time in the gym lately and it shows! The 35-year-old former NFL player showed off his shredded body in a new post-workout photo that was shared to his social media accounts. “progress,” JJ simply captioned a photo in which he is wearing only a pair of rolled-up shorts and sneakers. Head inside to check out the photo… JJ also included a photo from inside his home gym, which appears to be in his garage. He noted the photo was taken at 11:26am on Monday (July 8) and the it was 113 degrees outside. For those who don’t know, JJ played on the Houston Texans for the first 10 years of his career and then he played for the Arizona Cardinals for the final two years of his football career. He announced his retirement back in December 2022. JJ recently clapped back at unwanted parenting advice.
