TNA star Joe Hendry says he might stay in NXT a lot longer.
On the August 6 episode of WWE NXT, Joe Hendry faced Joe Coffey of Gallus in a singles match after the group attacked him the previous week. He outsmarted Wolfgang and Mark Coffey when they tried to interfere, as the duo got ejected from ringside. Hendry went onto score the win against Coffey.
After the match, Joe Hendry was asked whether he liked his time in NXT. He said that it wasn’t over yet, as he liked it there. Hendry stated that he might stay for a lot longer, and he welcomed anyone to fight him. Hendry also said that fans didn’t even need to say his name, as he would appear.
Joe Hendry has been a featured part of the crossover between NXT and TNA. He made his NXT debut on the June 18 episode. Since then, he has made several more appearances. Hendry has also said that he has been training at the WWE Performance Center and learning from Shawn Michaels.
