Joelinton has seen his home targeted by burglars once again.

In January, the Newcastle United star when out injured was at the home match with Man City. Thankfully accompanied by his family, whilst at St James’ Park he got a security alert on his mobile phone and immediately informed the police that three men were in his Darras Hall home. The three intruders escaped before the police arrived.

Now Joelinton has revealed that his house has been targeted once again by criminals.

The Newcastle United star using social media to make this known and to plead for he and his family to be left alone.

Joelinton – 15 November 2024:

‘Our home was broken into again.

To anyone considering doing this – please know that there is nothing valuable left here!

‘What we care about most is our family’s safety and our kids growing up without fear.

‘We hope for a community where our children, and everyone’s children, feel safe.

‘We ask that our home be respected as a safe space for our family. We simply want to live in peace.’

It is a really depressing thing to hear of Joelinton and his family having been targeted again.

Though it is an unknown as to whether criminals are targeting him specifically and/or other Newcastle United players. Or whether it is simply a case of living in a very affluent area and burglars thinking whoever lives in any of the properties will likely have valuable things to steal.

In April, Alexander Isak had his house broken into and four people were later arrested and charged. The four people charged were Croatian nationals who had recently flown in from Italy and had allegedly targeted other properties as well as Isak’s, the quartet arrested in the West Midlands.
