John Terry has taken to Instagram to show fans what he does at Chelsea's training ground because he 'hates' seeing red there.

And despite retiring in 2018, the former centre-back still holds a distaste for that particular colour away from the pitch.
He now works as an academy coach at Chelsea and is therefore a regular at their Cobham training ground.
Terry posted a video on his Instagram story on Thursday of one of the building's plug sockets, with one plug-less switch left on.
With the red top of the switch visible, he said: "When I'm at the training ground I have to switch these off because I hate seeing the Red in our building, I done this every day as a player also."
His video came the morning after Chelsea's 4-1 defeat against Liverpool, with Terry watching on from the away end at Anfield.
The former England international won 17 of his 39 meetings against the Reds during his career but was on hand to witness a dismal loss.
Chelsea were well-beaten by the Premier League table-toppers but had two massive calls for penalties dismissed by referee Paul Tierney.
