Jon Moxley personally brought AEW Rampage to an end on the final episode of the show.
AEW Rampage: New Year’s Smash marked the final episode of the show for the foreseeable future, and it ended in a memorable way. AEW World Champion Jon Moxley and The Death Riders got into a chaotic brawl with several members of the roster. PAC smashed the lights, so the arena went dark.
Moxley then broke off from the chaos and entered the production room. After noting that there was so much chaos happening, he said that he was putting an end to AEW Rampage. After he yelled at the production crew to cut the feed, the show immediately went dark, so Rampage ended.
