Jon Stewart’s Return To ‘The Daily Show’ Scores Big Ratings For Comedy Central

Jon Stewart scored big numbers for his return to The Daily Show.

Stewart’s return to the late-night show scored the most-watched episode of the Comedy Central show for in five years.

It brought in 930,000 viewers to Comedy Central, making it the most-watched episode since 2018.

The episode was simulcast CMT, Logo, MTV, MTV2, Paramount Network, Pop, and TV Land and it added another 920,000 viewers to these networks, taking its total across the night, include repeats, to 1.85M.

It was also The Daily Show’s biggest rating share since 2015 with 4.21.

Stewart trumped Trevor Noah’s final episode, up 110% on the 443,000 that watched the South African comedian say goodbye in December 2022.
