Jordynne Grace highlights the difficulties that surrounded TNA Slammiversary, as a nightmare travel situation impacted the show.
Ahead of TNA Slammiversary, Jordynne Grace hyped up the show by teasing there would be some special surprises. The pay-per-view then drew some criticism because it did not deliver in that regard.
In a tweet, Jordynne Grace responded to criticism of the lack of surprises at the show. She apologized for the lack of surprises as she noted that she could never have predicted a global text outage canceling thousands of flights. Grace wrote that several wrestlers were unable to make the show.
Never said this, but do apologize for the lack of surprise – could have never predicted a global tech outage cancelling thousands of flights. Several wrestlers, including my husband, could not make it.
I regret trying to hype the show with that statement, sorry guys! ?? https://t.co/MwNk90CRaw
In another post, Jordynne Grace wrote that management worked hard to make sure as many people made it as possible. She highlighted the time and expense that went into this effort. Grace also stated that many wrestlers drove 12+ hours overnight due to the nightmare travel situation.
Management worked so hard to make sure as many people made it as possible! So much time and expense. A dozen wrestlers drove 12+ hours overnight.
