Josh Barnett and other UFC/MMA fighters appeared in taped messages on the June 4 episode of WWE NXT.
Thiago Alves, Roxanne Modafferi, Josh Barnett, and Hannah Goldy appeared in a video package for the NXT Underground match between Shayna Baszler and Lola Vice at NXT Battleground.
Barnett said that Baszlr would lock her arm around Vice’s neck and see her life flash before her eyes., while Goldy predicted that Vice would knock Baszler out.
Baszler previously competed at Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport X over WrestleMania weekend. Baszler trained with Barnett earlier in his career.
WWE and UFC merged to form TKO in September 2023.
