Jude Bellingham injury: Full extent of Real Madrid star’s ankle sprain explained

Real Madrid fans have been dealt some disappointing Jude Bellingham injury news as it looks like he faces potentially three weeks out of action with a high grade ankle sprain.

The England international was in superb form for Madrid last night as he scored twice in an important La Liga clash with Girona, and it seems he’ll now be out until Los Blancos take on RB Leipzig in their Champions League last-16 tie.

See below for details on the Bellingham injury, with Fabrizio Romano reporting that the 20-year-old’s absence could last for around two or three weeks as it’s perhaps more serious than first anticipated…

? Jude Bellingham has been diagnosed with a high-grade sprain in his left ankle and he will miss the upcoming games.

Bellingham was shone since joining Real from Borussia Dortmund in the summer, and will undoubtedly be missed while he’s unavailable.

Madrid supporters will just have to hope this doesn’t turn into anything more serious, and that there are no further setbacks in his recovery.
