Vince McMahon was unsuccessful today in enforcing the federal court’s stay order against Janel Grant.

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics took to social media this afternoon to reveal that the former WWE owner was denied the motion to enforce the federal court’s stay order against Janel Grant, tweeting out:

“Judge Jeffrey Meyer has ruled to deny Vince McMahon’s motion to enforce the federal court’s stay order against Janel Grant, who earlier petitioned in Connecticut state court to get her medical records from Dr. Carlon Colker’s Peak Wellness,” Brandon Thurston said in a post.

Thurston would go on to elaborate on the situation via Wrestlenomics, where he talks about Vince McMahon’s attempt to prevent Janel Grant from petitioning records from Dr. Carlon Colker of Peak Wellness.

Judge Jeffrey Meyer ruled however that the current stay on the case doesn’t apply to Grant.

Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on the case between Vince McMahon and Janel Grant as it becomes available.
