Julia Butters has landed another big role! The 15-year-old American Housewife actress is joining the cast of the upcoming Freaky Friday sequel, THR confirms. Julia joins previously confirmed returning stars Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis, who will reprise their mother/daughter roles! Keep reading to find out more… It was previously reported that the upcoming movie will follow Lindsay‘s character Anna’s 14-year-old daughter Harper, so it looks like that could be who Julia will be playing. There’s also another character she could be cast as… According to Entertainment Weekly, Harper is “a tomboy with a sharp sense of humor [who is] in a bit of a mood these days because her longtime single mom is set to marry British restaurateur Eric Davis.” In addition, “Eric also has a 14-year-old daughter, Lily, who does ‘not see eye to eye’ with Harper — even as their families are about to join together via marriage.” It appears that Harper is going to switch bodies with Anna while Lily is going to switch bodies with Jamie‘s character Tess.
