Julianne Hough is clapping back at body-shamers.

The “Dancing With the Stars” host defended her bikini body after posting an Instagram video over the weekend showing her “Sunday spa day.”

While the choreographer, 36, doesn’t “usually address [negative] comments,” she had “a few things” on her mind the day after social media users expressed concern about her appearance.

“My body has never been healthier,” Hough told haters on Monday. “I was full of inflammation in my 20’s and had a marker for an auto immune that I addressed and committed to over a year and a half ago.

“I’ve frozen my eggs over the last few years which also shifts the body fluctuation,” she continued. “I’ve never been healthier or happier from the inside out.”

The dancer noted that because “grief, loss, sadness and fear also get stored in the body,” she has “made it a huge priority to accept, express, process and release a lot of emotions over the years.”

“I’m going to continue feeling safe within myself regardless of the outpouring of your comments, and have fun with life which can be really heavy and challenging,” she concluded. “So why not be playful and laugh and enjoy the journey instead of taking everything so seriously.”

The “Safe Haven” star also directly addressed trolls telling her to “go eat a cheeseburger” by posting a video of herself doing so.

The former “America’s Got Talent” judge opened up to Redbook magazine in December 2017 about how she maintains her self-confidence amid criticism.

“When I’m self-conscious, I’ll do something completely crazy or goofy to get out of my own head,” she explained at the time. “Something fun that reminds me of the freedom I felt as a kid.”

Hough credited then-husband Brooks Laich with her outlook, noting, “He once said, ‘Every time you look at a photo, you put it down right away instead of seeing the good in it.’ So now … I try to find something positive.”

She and the retired NHL player, 41, split in 2020 — with Hough recently admitting on the “Armchair Expert” podcast that their marriage began “unraveling” as soon as it started in July 2017.

“I’ve only dated great human beings,” Hough, who was previously linked to Ryan Seacrest, clarified in the August episode. “He’s got the greatest heart that I could have ever had the privilege of being with.”
