The abducted Anglican Cleric, Canon Olowolagba, who was kidnapped alongside his wife, and two children has been set free.
The victims were reportedly kidnapped along the Ise Akoko -Iboropa road in Akoko North-East Local Government Area of Ondo State last Sunday.
The abductors demanded the sum of N10 million as ransom.
The details of their release were still sketchy at the time of filing this report.
The commander of the state security network agency, also known as Amotekun Corps, Akogun Adetunji Adeleye however confirmed their release on Saturday.
He simply said, “The pastor and family have been released”
