JUST IN: Mikel Obi Assures Chelsea Fans Will See Osimhen As Key Figures Convince Him To Sign

Former Super Eagles captain, John Mikel Obi, has revealed that he and Chelsea legend Didier Drogba are working to persuade Napoli striker Victor Osimhen to join Chelsea.

Osimhen, who has a €130 million release clause, is expected to leave Italy this summer, with a potential deal involving Romelu Lukaku moving to Napoli.

Mikel expressed optimism about Osimhen’s potential move, noting that the Nigerian forward admires Chelsea and could soon be seen at Stamford Bridge. He said, “I hope that Chelsea fans will finally see him come to the club. I’ll make sure I send him those texts messages and calls, making sure Chelsea is his top priority!”

Mikel further stated, “We want someone like Victor Osimhen who can score goals and finish like Erling Haaland. Didier and I are both in touch with him, sharing what Chelsea means to us. We’re all eager to see him join the club.”
