Justin Baldoni‘s lawyer has made it clear that they likely will not settle the Blake Lively-It Ends with Us legal issues outside of court.
Bryan Freedman went on a podcast and was asked about all the happenings.

Freedman said on The Town podcast, “Justin has been destroyed by this. This is a really serious thing and in this day and age, the only way that you can truly get back is to prove your innocence… That’s what we’re actively working [towards]. So that may only be able to be done in a courtroom.”
Host Matt Belloni then questioned the “damage to both sides” and why they might want to settle this more quickly.
“You keep referring to it as a circus—and I get it. But the reality is this is not a circus when you go through an experience like this,” Freedman responded.
