Justin Timberlake’s bloodshot, glassy-eyed mugshot released after Hamptons DWI arrest

Justin Timberlake’s mugshot has been released after he was arrested for DWI early Tuesday morning.

In the snap, the *NSYNC frontman did not smile as he stared at the camera and his eyes appeared “glassy” and “bloodshot,” as described in the police complaint.

The mugshot stems from Timberlake’s DWI arrest early Tuesday morning which happened after a night of drinking with friends at the American Hotel.

Sources told Page Six that “there were cops stationed outside where he was having dinner.”

After the Grammy winner left the venue, we’re told the cops “pulled out and they pulled him over for a traffic violation” shortly after midnight.

“His friends were telling the police, ‘Let him go, let him go,’” one insider told us.

Sources told us that Timberlake was given a field sobriety test but refused to conduct a breathalyzer.

We’re also told that the cop who pulled the dad of two over “was so young that he didn’t even know” who the singer was.

“He didn’t recognize him or his name,” our insider said.

A second source added, “Justin said under his breath, ‘This is going to ruin the tour.’ The cop replied, ‘What tour?’ Justin said, ‘The world tour.’”

Timberlake was taken into custody and charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and two other traffic violations: not stopping at a stop sign and failure to stay in a proper lane of travel.

On Tuesday morning, the “Mirrors” singer was seen leaving the police station. He attempted to keep a low profile, wearing a black baseball cap and sunglasses.

According to the criminal complaint obtained by Page Six, Timberlake had “bloodshot” and “glassy” eyes and a “strong odor of an alcoholic beverage” on his breath during the traffic stop.

Though he told cops he only had “one martini,” he also “was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests,” per the complaint.

Prominent Hamptons lawyer Eddie Burke Jr. is Timberlake’s legal representation for this case. The musician’s next court date is July 26 but he will not have to attend the procedural date.
