Justin Timberlake seen leaving court in Sag Harbor after DWI arrest

Justin Timberlake is saying “Bye, Bye, Bye” to the courtroom — for now.

The “Sexy Back” singer was photographed leaving court in Sag Harbor, NY, on Tuesday following his DWI arrest the previous evening.

The former *NSYNC member, 43, kept a low profile in a baseball cap and sunglasses as he exited.

He wore a black button-up shirt over a graphic tee.

Timberlake, who is in the midst of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, partied at a Hamptons hotel with pals prior to his arrest, according to TMZ.

The songwriter allegedly blew a stop sign and was promptly pulled over — but refused a breathalyzer test at the scene.

The outlet reported that despite Timberlake’s friends attempting to convince the cops to let him off, the performer was handcuffed and taken into custody.

Page Six has reached out to Timberlake’s rep and the Sag Harbor Village Police Department for comment.

The Grammy winner has been open about his alcohol abuse in the past, telling Oprah Winfrey about his struggles with “excessive drinking” in 2014.

Eight years prior, he told Observer Music Monthly about getting “completely plastered” on occasion (via Today).

The former Mouseketeer copped to having done “way too many drugs,” claiming to be “just like everyone else.”

He continued, “I’ve done my fair share of drugs and I’ve been caught places with my pants down. It’s just I make sure there are no cameras around.”

In 2019, Timberlake made headlines for getting handsy with his “Palmer” co-star Alisha Wainwright during a night out in New Orleans.

The Emmy winner, who has been married to Jessica Biel since 2012, issued an Instagram apology at the time, blaming a “strong lapse in judgment” and “too much” to drink.

He and Biel, 42, are the parents of sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 3.
