Mason Greenwood’s future is up in the air with his days numbered at Manchester United.

The 22-year-old spent the past season on loan at Getafe and they have made it clear that they would like to take him back this summer.

United will prioritise a permanent deal if such an offer comes in for Greenwood, but Getafe are not going to be able to afford such a deal, so that puts the La Liga side out of the running for his signature.

According to a report from Corriere dello Sport, Juventus are ‘serious’ about signing Greenwood this summer.

United will find out soon if Juve are willing to put their money where their mouth is. They are also set to appoint Bologna head coach Thiago Motta as their new manager.

The report adds that Greenwood is said to be a player who ‘matches’ Motta’s preferred playing style.

Reports elsewhere suggest Juve will face competition from Atletico Madrid and Lazio for Greenwood’s signature.

These clubs will be waiting impatiently to find out Greenwood’s price tag.
