Kalki 2898 AD’s Bhairava Anthem ft Prabhas & Diljit Dosanjh is here

A while ago, the makers of Prabhas’ Kalki 2898 AD released the film’s Bhairava Anthem. The track is the perfect blend of North and South India as it features Telugu superstar and the film’s lead actor Prabhas shaking a leg as Punjabi actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh croons a foot-tapping number.

The music video is set in a rustic setup with futuristic vehicles and gadgets scattered all around. In the 2-minute, 44-second-long song we see glimpses of Prabhas as his Kalki character Bhairava. From making swag-filled entries to beating up a couple of goons, Prabhas dominates the scenes he’s in. We even see the actor flexing his biceps and looking dashing in an ethnic black Punjabi ensemble which also includes a matching turban.

Diljit Dosanjh announces his arrival with the line “Punjabi aa gaye oye” – which he made famous at his debut Coachella performance last year. The singer – dressed in a grey t-shirt, black jeans, red-and-grey jacket, and a maroon turban, croons the track in his signature Punjabi pop fashion. The video also sees the two stars shaking hands and doing some bhangra steps towards the end. At the end of the music video, we see Prabhas making a stylish exist and Diljit twirling his moustache.
