Former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris have agreed to do separate town halls for Univision, as both candidates compete for undecided Hispanic voters.

Trump will appear at a town hall on Oct. 8 from Miami, FL, and Harris will appear at an Oct. 10 event from Las Vegas.

Enrique Acevedo will moderate the events, which will air at 10 p.m. ET on Univision and will stream on ViX ‘s Noticias 24/7 channel. It also will be available in English on Noticias Univision’s YouTube channel.

Daniel Coronell, president of Noticias Univision, said in a statement, “Noticias Univision serves as a two-way bridge: we bring every voice to our community while conveying the concerns of Latinos to those in power. There are more than 36 million Hispanics eligible to vote in the US, making them the largest minority in the country, with the power to influence the outcome of the race for the White House and the future of the nation.”

Harris has accepted CNN’s proposal for another debate with Trump, with the event planned for Oct. 23. But Trump has so far declined another, telling an event last weekend that it was too late given that early voting will have already started.
