Kane Brown and Jelly Roll are set to headline New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash, which is returning to CBS. The duo are the first announced performers on the five-hour broadcast set to air live Tuesday, Dec. 31 from 8-10 p.m. ET/PT, 10:30 p.m.-1:30 a.m. ET/PT on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.
The big bash returns to Nashville’s Bicentennial Park, where the famed Music Note drops at midnight central.
The broadcast will feature an all-star lineup of back-to-back performances across multiple time zones, live from Music City. Last year’s edition of New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash was the highest-rated country music program of 2023, averaging 7.89 million viewers across the entire night, a 76% increase from 2022, according to CBS and Nielsen.
Additional performers will be announced at a later date.
New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash is executive produced by Robert Deaton and Mary Hilliard Harrington in partnership with Music City Inc., the foundation of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. The special will be directed by Sandra Restrepo.
