Kanye West Accused of Assault on Music Video Set, Sued by 'America's Next Top Model' Alum

Kanye West has been accused of assault and inappropriate behavior in another lawsuit filed against him.

On Friday (November 22), the 47-year-old was named in a suit filed in New York by America’s Next Top Model alum Jenifer An, who worked with the rapper on the set of a music video for La Roux‘s “In for the Kill.”

Rolling Stone obtained a copy of the legal documents, which accuse Kanye of singling Jenifer out on the set and forced her to participate in a scene where he choked her and “emulate[d] forced oral sex.”

“On camera, defendant West began to choke plaintiff with one hand. He then wrapped his other hand around her neck and continued to strangle her with both hands,” the documents read. “He then rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her.”

The documents allege that he was shouting “This is art. This is f-cking art. I am like Picasso” while it happened.

“Plaintiff struggled to breathe and felt as if she had temporarily blacked out. When defendant West decided that he was finished with plaintiff, her face was covered in saliva and smeared makeup,” Jenifer‘s team alleged.

Jenifer is seeking damages.

“Women in the music and entertainment industries have been subject to sexual abuse for years with no recourse to speak out or implement change. This space is a dangerous place for women. We are essentially objects in the entertainment world. The industries have thrived on placing us in abusive power dynamics. Outside of creating legal precedent, survivors of sexual assault have nothing. I hope to hold the abusers accountable through the legal system,” she said in a statement shared with the outlet.

Kanye has not yet responded to the allegations. He was sued by a former employee earlier this month.
