Karrion Kross is known as one of the most dangerous and hard-hitting superstars in WWE. He has the skills and talent needed to rise to the top and become a main event star on the main roster and has now shown off some impressive strength by snapping three baseball bats in half.

Earlier this year, Karrion Kross impressed fans when he used a straight ankle lock to break a baseball bat. Kross took to Twitter today and demonstrated his ankle lock technique by breaking three baseball bats in half. He shared that a previous interview with Chris Van Vliet inspired him to try this again during a carb-loading day. Kross admitted he had attempted this before without success, but after taking a break and coming back with more energy, he finally succeeded.

He mentioned that the hardest part was aligning the bats correctly over his hip rather than stacking them directly on top of each other. During his first attempt, he almost lost all the bats and had to make adjustments before successfully driving through them.

”Look what you did you little jerk @ChrisVanVliet ! Last interview got me thinking, so decided to time this with a carb day. Truth be told, I’ve tried this numerous times & couldn’t do it. So I thought about it; gave it rest for awhile, came back carbed up and presto:

Hardest part about this was always aligning the bats appropriately over your hip and not exactly on top of each other so you can properly drive through them. I almost lost them all on the first drive through, had to readjust.”

Karrion Kross has also addressed potentially returning to NXT for a full-time run. Nonetheless, Kross’ MMA background is certainly impressive, and we’ll have to see how he will continue to be booked in the coming weeks on Monday Night RAW.
