Kate Middleton Joins Schoolchildren on Field Trip to National Portrait Gallery's New Bobeam Tree Trail

Kate Middleton was the ultimate chaperone for a group of schoolchildren on their field trip!

The 43-year-old Princess of Wales joined a group of kids as they experienced the new Bobeam Tree Trail at the National Portrait Gallery on Tuesday (February 4) in London, England.

The kids from All Souls Church of England Primary School rode a bus with Kate to the gallery and the princess held a little girl named Grace‘s hand as they walked inside.

“For the children, it was just so magical. It was an awe and wonder moment. It’s what memories are made of,” teacher Alix Ascough told People. “She sat with the children on the coach and chatted with them. She was so relaxed and animated, and it just felt really natural. We’ll never have another school trip like that, will we?”
