The Princess of Wales (aka Kate Middleton) returned to royal duties today in a surprise appearance. The 42-year-old royal and her husband, Prince William, also 42, met with emergency personnel during a visit to the Southport Community Centre on Thursday (October 10) in Southport, England. Just about a month ago, the Princess announced she had finished chemotherapy. The community faced a devastating tragedy when several children – six-year-old Bebe King, seven-year-old Elsie Dot Stancombe, and nine-year-old Alice da Silva Aguiar – were murdered in a mass stabbing at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class. They spent a half hour with each of the victims’ families today, royal reporter Rebecca English shared. People reports that the royal couple “wanted to visit Southport to show the community they have not been forgotten and that they’ll continue to stand by them.” FYI: The Princess is wearing an Alexander McQueen coat and Whistles Margot dress.
