Katie Santry's Viral TikTok Videos Lead to Police Investigation for Possible Body Buried in Her Backyard

A TikTok user named Katie Santry has gained thousands of followers this week while people around the world follow the developments of a discovery in her backyard.

Katie made a video on Sunday (September 29) in which she explained that she thinks her house is haunted because of unexplained things that have been happening at home and her discovery of a rolled-up carpet buried underground in her backyard.

Eventually, Katie called the police and had them investigate the matter, but the cops decided they didn’t have enough time to dig.

“If I dig in one direction, I hit a rock fire pit area, which would ruin everything. If I dig in the other direction, just two feet over, there’s a bush taller than me — like a 10-foot bush,” Katie told People.

“I truly don’t think there’s a dead body down there,” she added. “The curiosity about why that rug is there definitely haunts me. But my biggest concern is my computer because, at the end of the day, it shattered for no apparent reason. That leaves me with the most question marks. I actually have a psychic who reached out to me and wants to do a reading.”

Well, there has been a major development.

Homicide detectives in Columbus, Ohio sent investigators with cadaver dogs to Katie‘s home on Thursday (October 3) and she has been documenting their search.

A spokesperson for the Columbus Division of Police confirmed the presence of detectives and cadaver dogs at the Santry home, but said there were “no conclusive findings” yet. Officers will remain at the house overnight.

This is not what i thought was going to happen. Both dogs sat at the hole. Very quickly, the police were here to caution the house off and news stations waiting. This is insane. I will get s better video togwther soon.
