Did you catch Keanu Reeves in the season two premiere of Severance?! The 60-year-old made a subtle cameo in the first episode of the season, lending his voice to a building in an animated “Lumon is Listening” video. The creator of the Apple TV+ series, Dan Erickson, revealed why they cast Keanu in that particular voice role. Keep reading to find out more… “All I can say is that we talked about a couple of different people for that role,” he told Collider. “We always wanted it to be somebody that people have certain associations with, but also, it had to be a very warm presence. The Lumon building is very friendly in the context of this video, and there’s a friendliness to that particular voice and a heart to that particular voice.” If you missed it, there are several new actors that have joined the cast of Severance season two. New episodes of the thriller TV show will debut every Friday at 3am ET on Apple TV+ through March!
