Ken Shamrock is undoubtedly one of the biggest names in the world of professional wrestling and MMA, so no one can doubt the legitimacy of his toughness. In light of this, Shamrock has cleared the air on a backstage fight with the Big Show.

While speaking to Steve Fall for Ringside News, Ken Shamrock was asked if Big Show tried to bully him backstage and then Shamrock had to put him in his place. Shamrock stated that was not the case whatsoever.

According to Shamrock, the incident occurred in a green room where wrestlers, accompanied by their families, were socializing. He recounted the Big Show came up behind him and playfully grabbed him.

”No, that was all in fun, you know. He came up behind me, he grabbed me. We all had our wives and kids and everything, and we were in this green room, just socializing. He came up behind me, grabbed me, and playing around. I said, ‘What are you gonna do? What are you gonna do now?”

Amidst the laughter and fun, Shamrock decided to demonstrate his grappling skills. Dropping to the ground, he swiftly applied a heel hook, catching his colleague off guard and this led to Big Show screaming and tapping out.

”And I basically just kind of dropped, went limp, put him in a heel hook, and he tapped, he screamed. But, again, like I said, that was in fun. It’s not like he came up and tried to squeeze the air out of me and hurt me. He came up playing around, and then I just caught him off guard.'”

Ken Shamrock would also only return to WWE if it makes sense to him. Regardless, Ken Shamrock will always have interesting stories about his time in WWE and that’s unlikely to ever change.
