Kevin OwensWWE contract will be up in the next few months.

In May, Kevin Owens told Metro UK that his deal was set to expire early in 2025. The veteran previously signed a three-year contract with WWE in 2021.

Rick Ucchino of The Takedown on SI interviewed Owens ahead of WWE Bash in Berlin, and the former Universal Champion said that there have been no changes. Per Ucchino, he noted that the only difference is that the contract has less time on it now.

During the interview, Owens also reflected on his time with WWE.

“I’ve gotten to meet a lot of really great people over the years,” Kevin Owens said. “And I’m still in touch with a few kids that I’ve met at WWE shows that were going through stuff. You know, they were (or are currently) fighting illnesses and stuff like that. And I’m still in touch with some of them and their families. And that’s probably the best part. I’ve developed these relationships with some really incredible people that I would not have met if it wasn’t for WWE.”

Kevin Owens is set to challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WWE Bash in Berlin.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
