Vince McMahon is a highly controversial figure in the annals of professional wrestling, marked by numerous stories that often prompt fans to question his actions. In the wake of recent trafficking allegations against him, Kevin Owens has shared his thoughts on the matter.

On January 25, Janel Grant, a former WWE employee, filed a lawsuit against WWE, John Laurinaitis, and Vince McMahon. The lawsuit alleges sexual assault, emotional abuse, and sex trafficking, claiming that McMahon abused his power and status to coerce Grant into uncomfortable acts and situations. The incidents outlined in the lawsuit span from March 2019, when the two first met, to March 2022.

Kevin Owens collaborated with Vince McMahon both off-screen and on-screen, notably headbutting him during a September 2017 episode of WWE SmackDown.

While Speaking to Alex McCarthy of Daily Mail, Kevin Owens talked about Vince McMahon’s allegations. He admitted that they were shameful and that they couldn’t ever happen again.

“Everything that has come out is awful. Just terrible,” Owens started. “There’s really no words to describe how sad this makes me feel. If the people spoke out went through what they went through, that’s terrible. It’s shameful and it can’t ever happen again. That’s what it comes down to.”

Female WWE performers are also being approached by various news reporters in the aftermath of Vince McMahon’s scandal. Additionally, McMahon’s future with WWE remains uncertain in light of the trafficking lawsuit, and there is no clear direction for his return. The ultimate outcome for the former Chairman of WWE remains to be seen.
