Exercise is her muse.

During a Q&A session on Snapchat over the weekend, Khloé Kardashian said she hits the gym to cope with stress.

“Working out is my therapy,” the “Kardashians” star raved. “For me, it’s the best way to cope with stress.”

“It keeps me focused. It keeps me strong physically and mentally.”

The note came days after the father of her two kids, Tristan Thompson, was suspended from the NBA for 25 games without pay after he tested positive for the banned substances ibutamoren and SARM LGD-403, which are considered performance enhancers.

Thompson, 32, has not publicly addressed the suspension, but his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, said they “fully support” the NBA’s decision in a statement to NBC News.

“His time away from game action will have an impact on our team,” they added.

“We stand behind Tristan and offer our support throughout this suspension period.”

The mother of two, 39, recently spoke about how she has handled their tumultuous relationship over the years as they continue to co-parent their kids, True, 5, and Tatum, 17 months.

“I had to learn to take control of my feelings,” she explained to tmrw magazine for its January cover shoot.

“There were so many times that my feelings got control of me and I was impulsive and I tweeted something or posted something and things that you regret.”

“Do I have days I want to be a petty bitch?” she debated. “Of course! But I sort of do that privately.”

Kardashian has gracefully showcased how to put the drama aside for the sake of her children while building a positive relationship with Thompson.

She even allowed him and his teenage brother to move in with her after the sudden death of their mother in January 2023, and she wished him a happy birthday on social media two months later.
