Kim Kardashian Seemingly References Kanye West Divorce in Rare Comments, Shares What Was 'Hardest Part'

Kim Kardashian appeared to reference the end of her relationship with Kanye West.

The 44-year-old mogul filed to divorce the controversial 47-year-old rapper in 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage. She was declared legally single in March 2022, and they finalized the divorce later that year.

During the most recent episode of her family’s reality show The Kardashians, Kim made some comments about the end of a relationship while speaking with her sister, Khloe.

Kim‘s comments came after Khloe reflected on her marriage to Lamar Odom.

“That was the love of my life,” Khloe said, via People. “And if it wasn’t for drugs, I know we would still be married ’til today.”

Her sister commiserated, noting that she had experienced something similar.

“That’s the hardest part. I’ve been there,” she said. “When you don’t foresee something happening that really changes a person’s personality and then they’re not the same person and you can’t ever get that person back, but you can’t live with the new person. I get it.”

She continued in a confessional, saying, “It’s tougher when you don’t want your marriage to end off of personal reasons but circumstances change that force your marriage to end. When you weren’t planning on that and that’s not really the outcome you want but there’s no other option, I think it makes it harder to get over.”

Although she did not specify, she seemed to be referencing the end of her marriage to Kanye. Reports in 2021 implied that this was “the final straw” in their relationship.

The rapper recently made some troubling statements about his relationship with his current wife Bianca Censori.
