A judge in Georgia ruled Wednesday that Kim Zolciak and her daughter Brielle Biermann must hand over the keys to their 2019 Land Rover amid their family’s mounting financial woes, Page Six can confirm.
According to a turnover order we obtained, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum and her influencer daughter must “turn over” the vehicle to the Sheriff Marshal or other law enforcement authorities or advise officials of its exact location so that they may repossess it.
It’s unclear if this exchange has already taken place. Zolciak and Biermann’s rep declined to comment.
The mother-daughter duo had not made payments on the car since May 2023, per court documents. Instagram/@briellebiermann Zolciak and Biermann entered a retail installment sale contract for the car in August 2022. Instagram/@briellebiermannThe latest court ruling comes three months after Ally Bank, which was the lender for the Land Rover, sued the reality stars for unpaid car payments in December 2023.
The plaintiff claimed in a complaint obtained by Page Six that Zolciak, 45, and Biermann, 27, owed the bank $83,969.35 as of May 31, 2023.
“Ally is entitled to foreclose on its security interest in the vehicle and is further entitled to a writ possession for the vehicle,” their lawyers argued in the court documents.
Now that a judge has sided with Ally Bank, Page Six reached out to their attorney for a statement on the ruling but did not immediately hear back.
Biermann and her mom owed over $80,000 for the Land Rover’s car payments. Instagram/@briellebiermann Neither Zolciak nor Biermann have addressed the car lawsuit. Despite what they display on social media, though, it has become apparent the former “Don’t Be Tardy” stars are drowning in debt with ongoing lawsuits and Zolciak’s contentious divorce from Kroy Biermann.
Brielle, for her part, was also sued by American Express last August for failing to pay the $12,870.25 on her credit card bill.
American Express also previously sued Brielle for unpaid credit card bills. Instagram/@briellebiermann It’s unclear if the influencer has settled her debt with the credit card company. Instagram/@briellebiermannZolciak, meanwhile, faces much more serious financial strain.
The “Tardy for the Party” singer and her estranged husband reportedly owe the IRS more than $1 million in taxes and more than $230,000 in a bank lawsuit filed last fall.
Kroy, 38, was also sued separately for skipping out on car payments on his $400,000 Rolls Royce.

He once told police — who visited the marital home following a domestic dispute — that Zolciak allegedly gambled away $1.5 million “illegally” online throughout their marriage.

Zolciak recently sold her skincare line and has been trying to sell her and her relatives’ personal belongings online for profit. Page Six exclusively reported earlier this week that she is working on developing her own reality show.
She and Kroy have also been trying to sell their Georgia mansion as it faces foreclosure. The former couple slashed the price of the $6 million property last December in an effort to move the sale.

However, Zolciak’s divorce and custody battle with Kroy has proven to add to the debt even more, as it was revealed earlier this month that the exes must pay $5,000 for a parental fitness evaluator.
They share four children: Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 10.
Kroy adopted Brielle and Arianna Biermann, 22 — who are Zolciak’s older daughters from previous relationships — but because they are adults, they are not involved in the custody dispute.
