Kim Zolciak moved out of the family home she shared with estranged husband Kroy Biermann and their six kids amid their divorce battle, Page Six has exclusively learned.
After moving trucks were spotted outside of the multimillion-dollar Alpharetta, Ga., property this week, a source confirmed the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum has officially packed her bags for good.
Page Six has reached out to Zolciak and Biermann’s reps for comment but did not immediately hear back. It is unclear whether the ex-NFL player will also be moving out of the mansion soon or has already done so.
However, Biermann may soon be forced out of the two-story, seven-bedroom estate, as it is listed for auction and faces foreclosure on Dec. 3, according to public records.

TMZTruist Bank posted the mansion’s mortgage at $1,129,000, which is significantly lower than its original $6 million listing price.
In January, Zolciak, 46, and Biermann, 39, slashed their house’s price by $1 million in a last-ditch effort to get the property sold and not have it go into foreclosure.
The former couple had escaped losing the home many times before, as it faced foreclosure in 2014 and then again in February 2023, but they were able to settle those debts both times.
A source tells Page Six that Zolciak will still reside in Georgia with the four minor children she shares with Biermann: Kroy Jr. aka KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and 11-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.
We’re told the “Don’t Be Tardy” alum’s eldest daughters, Brielle Biermann, 27, and Ariana Biermann, 23 — whom Kroy adopted after he married Zolciak in 2011 — moved out of the family home a long time ago.

She also noted that she wanted the former pro athlete to “pay temporary and permanent child support” given that she is “dependent upon” him “for support and maintenance,” as well as alimony payments.
In August 2023, Kroy filed to divorce Zolciak just a few months after the reality stars briefly called off their respective petitions. However, they were still living together up until recently.

Leading up to the split, there had been rumblings that money woes were tearing the couple apart.
After filing for the dissolution of his marriage, Kroy — who was cut from the Buffalo Bills in 2016 — blamed his family’s financial issues on Zolciak’s alleged gambling addiction.
He once told police — who visited the marital home following a domestic dispute — that his estranged wife had allegedly gambled away $1.5 million “illegally” online throughout their marriage.
Zolciak and Kroy’s financial issues reportedly contributed to their split. kimzolciakbiermann/Instagram Their former marital home is up for foreclosure and will be sold at auction on Dec. 3. BravoDuring the divorce proceedings, Zolciak has also been sued for several outstanding debts, including $150,000 from a credit card company and additional unpaid bills from Target. Her and her daughter Brielle’s Land Rovers were also repossessed.
Kroy, for his part, was sued by his former divorce lawyer and a car company for unpaid bills. He was also ordered to pay $230,000 in a separate bank lawsuit alongside his estranged wife.
The exes’ divorce has not yet been finalized, and their contentious fighting has continued. Earlier this moth, police were reportedly called to settle an argument at their former Georgia home.
