Kofi Kingston had an interesting observation about the Judgement Day at Summerslam.

The former WWE Champion was clearly happy to see the end of the group this Saturday at Summerslam. The event saw Dominik Mysterio turn his back on Rhea Ripley, leaving her for Liv Morgan in the opening match of the show.

Meanwhile, Finn Balor cost Damian Priest his World Heavyweight Championship. He helped Gunther win the belt, screwing Priest to put an end to Judgement Day once and for all.

Kofi Kingston used this opportunity to remark upon the New Day’s incredible longevity. He noted on Twitter that Judgement Day is just another team that has imploded due to one of the seven deadly sins.

In this case, it was lust (Mysterio) and envy (Balor). Kofi Kingston pointed out that the New Day will go on forever, as they hit ten years as a group. Kingston Tweeted out:

“Not to rub salt in wounds or kick anyone when they’re down but…just saying… ” Kofi Kingston Tweeted.

“The recent implosion of the Judgement Day at #Summerslam marks yet ANOTHER team that has allowed for one or more of the 7 deadly sins to drive a wedge between them…”

“…But fear not! For as sure as the sun will forever rise in the east, it will too forever be a New Day! NewDayStillRocks #10years #NewDay #NewDayRocks #sevendeadlysins #Lust #Envy #Pride #Greed #Wrath #judgement #Day #Forever #BuiltDifferent #RAW”
