Governor Ahmed Ododo of Kogi State
The Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Ododo on Monday, announced the approval of the redeployment of Heads of some agencies to improve service delivery.
The ex-chairman of the Kogi State Security Trust Fund, Mr Abdulrahim Ohiare, has been reassigned to head the Kogi State Sports Trust Fund while Mr Omeiza Farouk will replace Ohiare as the head of the Security Trust Fund.
The announcement was made in a statement issued in Lokoja by the Secretary to the State Government, Mrs Folashade Ayoade.
The statement highlighted that Ododo, who approved the redeployments, urged the appointees to show commitment and prudence in their roles for the state’s advancement.
The governor also congratulated both individuals on their new positions.
According to the statement, the appointments took effect immediately.
