Will we one day see Randal Kolo Muani or Presnel Kimpembe wearing the PSG jersey in an official match again? Nothing is less certain.
This Wednesday evening, at 9 p.m., AS Monaco welcomes Paris Saint-Germain for the advanced match of the sixteenth day of Ligue 1. For this last championship meeting of the year 2024, Luis Enrique has called a group of 21 players.
Once again, Randal Kolo Muani and Presnel Kimpembe are not among them. The former La Roja coach had already done without the services of his number 23, last Sunday, for the reception of Olympique Lyonnais at the Parc des Princes. Very little used this season, the 26-year-old striker seems on course to leave PSG during the winter transfer window. The French international could take the management of AS Monaco.
Kolo Muani, Luis Enrique refuses to justify himself
“I could explain (my decision) but I don’tthe Spanish technician declared about him on Tuesday at a press conference. The decisions say it all. It’s very clear. And I always say that situations are reversible. All. Absolutely all of them. But I don’t go into detail about my decisions. I never did it. » As for Presnel Kimpembe, he was part of the Rouge et Bleu group for the trip to the Allianz Arena, against Bayern Munich in the Champions League, on November 26. Since then, he has never been summoned again…
The group for Monaco/PSG:
Goalkeepers: Donnarumma, Safonov, Tenas
Defenders: Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Hernandez, Beraldo, Skriniar, Zague
Midfield: Ruiz, Neves, Vitinha, Zaire-Emery, Doué, Mayulu
Forwards: Barcola, Asensio, Lee, Ramos, Dembélé
Absent: Kimpembe, Kolo Muani, Mbaye (choice), Mendes (thigh)
