The ROH World Television Championship hands at ROH Final Battle.
At ROH Final Battle, Brian Cage defended the ROH World Television Championship against Komander, Willie Mack, AR Fox, Mark Davis, and Blake Christian in a Survival of the Fittest match. In the end, Komander pinned Christian to win the match and the title.

Cage previously won the ROH World Television Championship by beating Atlantis Jr. at AEW WrestleDream. He held the title for 68 days.
