Charlotte Flair has been making headlines since winning the Women’s Royal Rumble, but now she’s getting major respect from one of the greatest to ever step in the ring. WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle didn’t hold back when discussing Flair’s talent, naming her as one of the top three wrestlers in the world—regardless of gender.
Speaking with Bill Apter for WrestleBinge, Angle praised Flair’s consistency and skill, making it clear that he sees her as one of the very best in the business.
“Charlotte Flair, oh yeah, she’s the most consistent female wrestler. I would actually consider her top three best wrestlers in the world right now, really, male or female.”
With WrestleMania 41 on the horizon, Flair is set to challenge for a championship, with signs pointing toward a showdown with Tiffany Stratton. While WWE appears to be shifting Stratton into the babyface role, Flair’s undeniable talent and dominance make her a threat no matter who she faces.
Love her or hate her, Charlotte Flair keeps proving why she’s in a league of her own. With WrestleMania 41 around the corner and WWE setting the stage for her next title showdown, Flair’s dominance isn’t slowing down anytime soon. And if Kurt Angle—an Olympic gold medalist and WWE Hall of Famer—says she’s one of the top three wrestlers in the world, who’s really gonna argue?
