Kurt Angle is not actively promoting any cryptocurrency, despite being tricked into it on Cameo.

The Olympic Gold Medallist previously endorsed a cryptocurrency through one of his Cameo videos. However, he claims he was tricked by multiple companies, not realising what he was doing.

He Tweeted out about the incident, revealing that he is not involved with any “Bitcoin currency”. Kurt Angle claimed that overseas companies had him read out messages on his Cameo. They tricked him into promoting their crypto business.

He also said that he was one of the people who was scammed, and was glad to have it brought to his attention before even more people got scammed.

“Hey everyone, I want to make it known I am NOT involved in any bitcoin currency. A few overseas companies purchased a cameo and had me read something, and I am upset they tricked some of you. (Even me) For here on out I am going to be more cautious about who purchases my cameo so this won’t happen again. – Kurt Angle”
