Heading into the summer transfer window, Barcelona are under a lot of pressure to sell players to get back to the 1:1 spending rule in La Liga.
They have been restricted by financial burdens over the last few seasons, and will want to put these problems behind them this summer once and for all.
However, as per previous reports, the club have no intention of offloading some of the more important players on the team such as Gavi, Pedri, Lamine Yamal, Pau Cubarsi, and Ronald Araujo, among others.
Apart from the several players they could sell in the summer, Barcelona might also look for loan deals for some of their other young key assets. Players that might not get enough game-time in the first-team, but need to play with a senior team to develop.
Sevilla targeting move for Barcelona youngster
Among them could be 18-year-old Marc Guiu, who is expected to be promoted to the senior-team next season along with Hector Fort, Yamal, and Cubarsi. However, he will have to fight for a place with Robert Lewandowski and Vitor Roque.
On the back of that, it has been reported by Samuel Silva (h/t BarcaCentre) that Sevilla have inquired about Guiu and want to sign him in the summer, presumably on loan.

In case of a loan, though, the Turk has made it clear that he will only join a side playing in the Champions League.
Barcelona have not been as clear about Guiu’s exit, though. The Spaniard has not played as many games for the Catalans after his ‘erruption’ in the team against Athletic Club.
Deco wants to wait until the coaching staff for next season is decided and what kind of role Guiu will have under the new manager.
