Lady Gaga is sharing her thoughts on the negative reviews that her movie Joker: Folie a Deux received upon its release last year. The movie received a 31% rotten rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes and the film’s audience score on the website was exactly the same. The film only grossed $58 million at the domestic box office, but was able to accumulate a worldwide gross of $207 million thanks to international fans. Gaga reacted to the mixed reviews in a new interview with Elle. Keep reading to find out more… “People just sometimes don’t like some things,” Gaga said. “It’s that simple. And I think to be an artist, you have to be willing for people to sometimes not like it. And you keep going even if something didn’t connect in the way that you intended.” Gaga also talked about the fear of failure. She said, “When that makes its way into your life, that can be hard to get control of.
