Lainey Wilson and Devlin “Duck” Hodges have wedding bells in their future! On Wednesday (February 12), the 32-year-old country music star and actress took to social media to reveal that she and Duck were engaged. She even showed off her shiny new engagement ring. Keep reading to find out more… Lainey shared the exciting news on Instagram, including photos of her and Duck posing together on a porch. There were roses, candles and photos of the pair set up around them, and Lainey appeared to get a little emotional in some of the photos. In one picture, she’s holding up her hand to showcase her ring while she and Duck smile for the camera. She’s wearing a cowboy hat, and her new fiance held a mini one in his hand. Lainey ended with a video of her walking down the steps of the porch before flashing the ring and running away with a smile on her face. The couple made their red carpet debut in 2023 at the Academy of Country Music Awards. However, they started dating in 2021. Last year, Lainey explained why she kept their relationship private. “When it comes to mine and Duck’s relationship, there’s going to be some things that we can’t escape and people are going to say and do whatever, but me and him are on the same page about the less we put out there, the less that we’re going to have to deal with people making anything up and saying anything,” she said.
