The Institute of Leadership Coaching and Strategy held its maiden induction on Sunday, September 15, 2024.
The institute also inaugurated its governing council led by its president, Dr Olasunkade Azeez.

The inductees, who constitute the governing council and pioneer board members of the ILCS, include the Vice President, Dr Adedayo Odukoya; National Treasurer, Dr Olutoyin Senbore, and the Corporate Secretary, Ifeoma Adeniyi.
Other members of the governing council are Mikail Mumuni, Dr Adetokunbo Fayokun and Salamatu Yusuf.
The statement noted that the president said the ILCS “stands out as a foremost institute of leadership coaching and strategy due to its global vision, comprehensive mission that prioritises sustainable development, and core values.”
All officers were inducted as Fellows of the institute and they were virtually inaugurated by Nelson Suulola via Google Meet.
In his remark, Azeez commended the members of the governing council for their zeal as he enjoined them to “resolve to establish a legacy for a better society by embracing the institute’s core values to fulfil our mandates through our expertise to deliver unparalleled values for the common good.”
“We appreciate all leaders across public and private sectors who align and support our noble cause to serve our nation through this platform,” he added.
The institute appreciated the support of some notable dignitaries, including the Ogun State Deputy Governor, Noimot Oyedele-Salako, Senator Sharafadeen Alli; the Managing Director, BUA Foods, Dr Ayodele Abioye; the MD/CEO, Cedrus Group Africa, Mr Olubusayo Adeniyi, among others.
Azeez further stated that the institute would hold a physical induction in Lagos State, at a later date, for successful applicants who had applied to join the ILCS.
The statement added that membership at the ILCS cuts across students, graduates, associates, full members and fellows categories.
