Leah Remini and her husband of 21 years, Angelo Pagán, have quickly settled their divorce less than two months after announcing their separation, Page Six can confirm.
Court documents filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles Wednesday and obtained by Page Six show the exes appear to have amicably agreed upon a stipulated judgment for the dissolution of their marriage.
“The parties chose to resolve this matter through mediation,” the documents state.
“Each party chose not to have an attorney represent her/him in this proceeding, and each party made such decision freely, voluntarily, and without any pressure or duress from anyone.”

Remini, 54, and Pagán, 56, both signed off on the agreement on Oct. 11, and per the docs, were advised to retain separate counsel to “review” the judgment to ensure their “respective individual interests.”
Page Six has reached out to reps for both for comment but did not immediately hear back.

In August, they released a joint statement via Instagram that read, “Well, here we are. After 28 years together and 21 years of marriage, we have decided to file for divorce.
“This decision came after a lot of thought and care, and as hard as divorce is, we are approaching this with a positive outlook because we know it’s what’s best for us.”
The exes credited their split to the fact that they had “both changed” and they had gotten “used to playing roles that didn’t fit” them anymore.
