Forced out by Bayern, German midfielder Leon Goretzka is not short of requests.

Leon Goretzka has been put on Bayern’s transfer list this summer, although his contract runs until 2026. Vincent Kompany, the Bavarian team’s new coach, is not counting on him.

Atletico Madrid are interested in the German international. According to BILD, the Rojiblancos have expressed their interest, but they are not the only ones eyeing this target.

Goretzka to be sent abroad

Napoli also have their sights set on Goretzka. Antonio Conte, the new coach of the Partenopei, is looking for experienced players for his midfield and he likes the German’s profile. In addition, it is rumored that Liverpool and their new coach Arne Slot are also looking to attract the former Schalke 04 player.

Bayern will certainly not be too greedy regarding the transfer fee. That said, the Munich team is still hoping for a decent sum for Goretzka, so that they can reinvest in other transfers later.
