End of series for Betis. After three wins in a row, the Andalusians had to settle for a draw this Sunday evening against Rayo Vallecano, on the 18th day of La Liga. Isco scored from the penalty spot in the first period (37th, 1-0) – his first goal of the season – before Palazon equalized for the visitors (51st, 1-1).

In the standings, Betis remains 9th and misses the opportunity to come back to within two points of the European places for this last outing of the year 2024. Rayo Vallecano is 12th in La Liga.
