What a weird reason. There are certain wrestlers who carry around a less than stellar reputation. While they might have their fans, for one reason or another, something about them does not sit well with a large portion of people. That can make for some interesting situations when you see someone treated in something of a weird way and that is what we are seeing again.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: RUMOR KILLER On Former Champions Jumping From AEW To WWE

Riotfest, a music festival in Chicago, Illinois, has banned CM Punk from the entire festival, to the point where he is on the list of prohibited items for the festival. There is no word on why Punk is banned from the event, though the list also includes “crying” and “cantaloupe”, along with other more traditional items. Punk has been banned from the festival since at least 2021 for reasons that are unclear.

He isn’t banned from everything. Check out Punk where he is welcomed:

Opinion: This feels like something of a joke and that is not a bad thing. The idea of banning an individual person along with crying and a fruit does not seem to be the most serious and it would not surprise me if this is something done by people who Punk knows personally. For now though, it is certainly something that catches your attention, and that is probably the idea.
