Lil Nas X Says Rap Needs More ‘Homosexual Vixens’

Lil Nas X is gearing up to shoot a video but hopped on X to state that the rap game needs more homosexual vixens.

“Being a gay rapper is hard. straight n-ggas got all the baddies,” he wrote. “We need more known homosexual vixens! where are our clermont twins, where is OUR lori harvey, we deserve a brittany renner too!”

The Clermont Twins, are American models who received media attention from their appearances on the fourteenth season of the reality television series Bad Girls Club in 2015. The twins have appeared in music videos including “Same Damn Time” and “Real Sisters” by Future, “Gin and Drugs” by Wiz Khalifa and “Good Form” by Nicki Minaj.

Lil Nas X, an openly gay rapper came out on June 30, 2019, the last day of Pride Month.

“I don’t think I would have ever came out,” Lil Nas said in XXL‘s fall issue. “I honestly felt like it was kind of my duty. Especially if I wanted to move forward. And what I was doing, because authenticity is very real, and I feel like people can see right through that. And that’s a part of me.”
