Lisa Vanderpump shades Dorit’s changing face, reacts to her and PK’s separation

Lisa Vanderpump is shading Dorit Kemsley for getting a “head transplant” and splitting from Paul “PK” Kemsley.

During her appearance on Tuesday’s “Watch What Happens Live,” host Andy Cohen asked Vanderpump whether she regretted a series of moments from her time on the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” – like the time she cut “Dorit’s head” out of the frame from a “Beverly Hills Lifestyle” magazine shoot in 2018.

“No, she actually had a head transplant, because her face doesn’t look anything like it did when she started [the show],” Vanderpump responded, laughing. “So I thought, ‘I’ll cut it off, because I don’t know what this head is gonna look like.’”

At the time, Dorit, 47, told Vanderpump, 63, that it was a “bit s–tty” to have her pose for a full photo shoot and then only use zoomed-in photos that didn’t feature her face.

Dorit has previously denied getting cosmetic surgery on her face and admitted in 2021 that it “drives [her] crazy” when people ask her about it.

“The only plastic surgery I’ve had done is my boobs. It drives me crazy when people say I’ve had plastic surgery on my face. I’ve done filler and Botox and I work with masterful makeup artists who can transform your face. If I ever decide to do plastic surgery, I promise I will happily share it,” she wrote in an Instagram Story in January 2021.

Dorit’s “RHOBH” co-stars and fans have previously questioned her appearance over the years, with Kyle Richards even suggesting that “most people here think she’s lying” about never getting a nose job.

Vanderpump kept the shade train going Tuesday night by saying that she was not surprised when Dorit and PK announced they were separating after nine years of marriage last week.

“I haven’t watched the show –– contrary to what many of the cast members say –– but I do have a mutual friend, and, well, a few mutual friends actually with PK, and I kind of heard from the hotel that he was staying in for many months that they’ve been separated for quite a long time on and off, backwards and forwards, so no, it didn’t surprise me,” she said.

The “Vanderpump Rules” star clarified that regardless of what her “feelings are” toward the couple, “it’s sad” that they are splitting as they share children together.

“I hope they work it out. I really do,” she concluded.

Dorit and PK released a joint statement last Thursday explaining that they “made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship” to protect their “deep friendship” and “maintain a harmonious environment for our children.”

Since then, the former couple have kept tight-lipped on exactly what went down, albeit Dorit replying to a fan on Instagram that sometimes “s–t happens” in relationships.

Dorit has been seen filming the new season of “RHOBH” amid the split. She was also spotted wearing her wedding ring and allegedly getting dinner with PK in the days following the news.
